Cookie policy

Last updated: 28 August 2026.

The short version

This site sets no tracking cookies. There are no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no profiling of any kind, which is also why you do not see a cookie banner here: there is nothing to ask consent for.

What the site stores

Nothing. Browsing this site does not place cookies or other identifiers in your browser, and nothing about your visit is stored on your device by us.

That includes the chat assistant in the corner of every page. It stores nothing on your device - no cookie, no conversation ID, nothing in browser storage. The conversation exists only in your browser while the page is open, and closing or reloading the page ends it. Nothing is sent anywhere until you type a message, and the privacy policy explains what happens to the messages you do send.

One caveat for completeness: the site is served through a security and hosting layer that protects it from attacks and abuse. If that protection is triggered, it can set a strictly necessary, short-lived security cookie. Strictly necessary cookies like this do not require consent under UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). They are never used for tracking or advertising.

If this ever changes

If optional cookies (for example privacy-respecting analytics) are ever added to this site, they will not run until you actively consent through a banner, and this page will be updated first with full details.

Managing cookies in your browser

You can review and clear cookies at any time through your browser settings, usually under "Privacy" or "Clear browsing data".
