The most expensive part of a scam is usually the silence after the click, while somebody hopes it will go away. So the rule I teach is simple: speak up the moment you are not sure, and be thanked for it. A team afraid of a telling off hides the one thing you most need to hear.

In person, I come to you anywhere around Lincolnshire. On a call, geography stops mattering, so a team spread across sites can join the same session. Either way it is a conversation, not a webinar recording.
Everything is plain English, built on real examples: the actual emails criminals send to businesses like yours, not stock photos of hooded figures. No jargon and no scare theatre. The aim is a team that feels capable, not frightened.
An optional phishing test
If you want to see what the hour changed, I can send a harmless fake phishing email before the session and another after it, then show you the difference. Nobody is named and nobody is shamed: it measures the training, not your staff, and you see the difference in numbers rather than impressions.
A record for your files
After the session you get a written record of who attended and what was covered. Dull, right up until an insurer or a bigger customer asks what security training your staff have had; then it is the page that answers them. An annual refresh keeps it current, at the same £199 a session. All prices include VAT.

- How long is it?
- About an hour, because attention is finite. It is an hour of the real emails criminals send, not a morning of slides, and if questions are still coming at the end I am happy to run over. The hour is a design decision, not a stopwatch.
- In person or remote?
- Either. In person I travel anywhere around Lincolnshire; on a call, anywhere at all, which suits teams spread across sites or working from home. The session is the same either way, and it is always live, so your team can ask about the message that did not look quite right last week.
- How many people can join?
- The whole team. It is one price per session, not per head, because the point is everyone hearing the same thing at the same time. The person on the front desk sees the same fake invoices the director does, and usually sees them first, so leaving anyone out undermines the hour.
