Bookings and selling
Take bookings while you are working
Customers pick a slot on your site, the site checks your real diary, and the confirmation sends itself. You hear about the new job without stopping the one you are on.

How it works
Three things make online booking work in real life: honest availability, notice you control, and confirmations nobody has to remember to send.
Only your real availability
The calendar on your site offers the slots you can actually do and nothing else: your working hours, your job lengths, your days off. If a time shows on the page, you can take it.
Notice periods that make sense
Nobody books tomorrow at 7am unless you want them to. Minimum notice and gaps between appointments are set to suit how you work, so a new booking never ambushes a day you have already planned.
Confirmations that send themselves
The moment someone books, they get a confirmation with the details, and so do you. No scribbling a time on the back of a receipt, no evening spent replying to messages.
Synced with your calendar
Bookings land in the calendar you already use, alongside everything else in your week. No second diary to keep honest, no separate system to log into.
Block time off and it stays yours
Mark a holiday, a dentist appointment or a long weekend in your calendar and those slots disappear from the site. The calendar is in charge; the website just reads it.
Deposits taken at booking
If no-shows cost you money, take a deposit at the point of booking, so a slot is only confirmed once the payment goes through. It does wonders for people's memory.
An optional morning brief
Some clients want a message first thing listing the day's bookings, so the schedule is in their pocket before the first brew. It is a small custom job, quoted per project when we scope your setup: a real figure, not a guess.
Common questions
- Which calendars does it work with?
- Google Calendar sync is the standard setup, because that is what most small businesses already run their week from. If your diary lives somewhere else, say so when we scope the work and we will find the sensible route. Whatever we land on, the rule stays the same: one calendar, kept by you, and the website follows it.
- Can I take deposits?
- Yes, at the point of booking, so a slot is only held once the payment has gone through. Card processors charge a fee on each transaction; that fee is passed through and explained up front in writing, not hidden in a rounded-up price. The online shops and payments page covers how card payments work in more detail.
- What if I need to block time off?
- Block it in your calendar, the same way you would anything else, and the slot disappears from the site. There is nothing to update on the website side. Regular time you want protected, like Sundays off or Friday afternoons free, is set up once and then it simply holds.
