A website built to bring in work, not just sit there

Designed around the customers you want more of, agreed as a mockup before the build starts, and written entirely for you. You approve the design; I do everything else.

How it works

Three steps, one of which is a conversation. Nobody hands you a content questionnaire, and nobody waits on you for photos.

  1. Tell me about the business

One conversation, in plain English: what you do, who your best customers are, and what you want more of. That is the brief, and it is the only preparation this asks of you.

  2. See the design before anything is built

You get a mockup of your actual site, with your name on it, and we change it until it is right. Unlimited revisions, and nothing gets built until you have approved what you can see.

  3. Then it gets built properly

The agreed design becomes the real site: fast, mobile-first, secure from the first deploy, with your domain and business email set up alongside it. You get a launch date, not a vague promise.

Zero homework for you

I write the copy, I source the images, I set up the domain and the email. Your whole job is to approve the final mockup. Most of my clients are on the tools all day; a website that needs their evenings to launch is a website that never launches.

What is included

The whole job, not a base price with the essentials sold back to you as extras.

  • A custom design from scratch, never a template with your logo swapped in
  • Every word written for you, in plain English your customers actually use
  • Built mobile-first, because that is where your customers are
  • Your domain and business email set up properly, renewal included
  • Security built in from day one: SSL, a hardened setup, and email that is hard to fake
  • Checked against WCAG 2.2 AA before launch, so everyone can use it

What happens if it goes wrong

Two promises, both specific enough to hold me to. Every agency says it cares; these are the versions that cost me something if I am wrong.

The 24 Hour Restore Promise

My site will break and I will not be able to reach anyone.

If your site goes offline and I have not restored it within 24 hours, your next month is free.

You are not buying a support queue. If the site is down, it is one person's job to get it back, and there is a cost to me if I do not. No ticket number, no hold music, no wondering whether anyone has noticed.

The 30 Day Walk Away

I will pay and it will be rubbish.

If you do not like the site in the first 30 days, you get your money back and you keep the domain.

You see the finished site before you are committed to it. If it is not right, you are not stuck with it, and you do not lose the web address your customers already have.

Both are written into the terms in the same words, so the promise and the contract match.

Common questions

How long does a build take?
Most websites go from first chat to live within a week. Anything with a custom tool takes longer, and you get a real date up front rather than a vague one. The mockup stage moves at your pace: it is ready when you say it is right, not when a deadline says so.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The domain, the content and the accounts are in your name from the start, and copyright in the design and the code transfers to you at launch on a monthly plan. There is no lock-in and nothing to pay to release any of it.
What happens if I want to leave?
Inside the first 30 days, The 30 Day Walk Away applies: you get your money back in full and you keep the domain. After that there is no notice period. Tell me, take the domain, the content and the accounts with you, and I will help you move the site wherever it is going.

Tell me what you do. I will tell you what it costs.

A straight answer and a fixed quote within one working day, with no pressure attached to either.
